At Tuna Reels Co., we stand by the quality and durability of our fishing reels. Our mission is to provide anglers with gear you can trust, whether you're casting in freshwater or battling trophy fish in the ocean.

Limited Warranty

Coverage:
All Tuna Reels Co. products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, corrosion, line wear)

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Accidental damage or loss

Warranty Claims

If your reel experiences a defect covered under this warranty:

  1. Contact Us:Reach out to our support team at support@tunareels.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Proof: Include a photo or video of the defect and a copy of your receipt.

  3. Repair or Replacement: Upon verification, we will repair the product or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the product to us. Tuna Reels Co. will cover return shipping for repaired or replaced items.

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Tuna Reels Co. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
